This is using the default text editor to input a basic article into the page. You can do something like this if the content is primarily text and there isn’t need for multiple variations of text and blocks.
The opening paragraph takes the information from the Article Fields and puts it above the fold. Here’s an image of what that looks like in the classic editor.
As you can see its easy to just add and put in a basic article.
